GDPR Deletion Request

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), individuals have the right to request the deletion of their personal data held by companies — also known as the “right to be forgotten.” At X-Guard B.V., we fully support and facilitate this right.

If you wish to have your personal data deleted from our systems, please complete the request form below. We will assess and process your request in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR.

  • Please make sure you have reviewed our Privacy Statement to understand what data we collect and why.

  • Not all data can be deleted immediately due to legal or contractual obligations (e.g., financial or security-related records). Where this applies, we will inform you during the process.

What Happens After I Submit A Request?

  • You will receive confirmation that your request has been received.

  • We may contact you to verify your identity, as required under GDPR.

  • We will respond with the outcome of your request within 30 days.

  • If deletion is not possible for certain data types, we will explain why.

    Please note: once your data has been fully deleted, X-Guard will no longer have any record of your previous interactions. As a result, we will be unable to prevent any future contact through marketing or outreach, since we will have no history to reference.
