A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is a legally binding contract that outlines how personal data is handled when one party (the data controller) engages another party (the data processor) to process that data on their behalf. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a DPA is required when any personal data is processed by a third party.

When X-Guard B.V. acts as a data processor, we are committed to meeting the legal and operational requirements of data controllers — including offering a standardized DPA to ensure transparency, security, and compliance in all processing activities.

Request a Signed DPA

If you would like to receive a signed version of our DPA where X-Guard B.V. is the processor, please complete the form below. We will review your information and send back a digitally signed copy as soon as possible.

⚠️ Important:

  • If your organization requires the use of its own DPA (instead of ours), please contact your account manager directly. Do not send this request to our CISO or through the CISO contact form.
  • Our DPA process is currently only available in Dutch. Please contact your account manager directly for information about options in other languages.
