This alarm center receives alarms whenever it is forwarded during an alarm situation as contracted with the customer. Alarm forwarding to an alarm center is a paid service where the Alarm is handled by a certified Alarm Center Operator. The operator will view the Alarm and all the alarm details (including positions, the Asset details ('personal detail'), phone numbers and live audio stream from the Alarm Asset ('alarm creator')). Alarms will be sent to the primarily configured alarm center. If for any reason this alarm center is not responding (due to an error, outage or any other reason), the alarm might be forwarded to a different alarm center on the fly to ensure the safety of the end user.
